Stephanie & Jay ~ September 20, 2014

Mr Mrs Spark-533

Stephanie and Jay met at pharmacy school at Midwestern University. The connection turned serious and September 20, 2014 the couple married at Villa Siena. For the celebration Stephanie wore a fitted gown with wide straps. A beaded belt added definition to the dress while the open back was fun and flirty. In keeping with the latest trends, the dress was lace with a slight flair in front and a train in the back. The bride’s hair was worn in an up-do with pearl earrings to enhance the look. For the something blue in her outfit, Stephanie wore blue satin Badgley Mishka shoes with crystal detailing. Her bouquet kept with the feel of soft and sweet and was filled with light pink and cream roses, as were the bridesmaid’s bouquets.

The bridesmaids wore strapless pink dresses that finished above the knee with silver strappy shoes. Jay wore a black tuxedo with black tie and white shirt, while the groomsmen were in black tuxedos with white ties.

The indoor ceremony began as Stephanie was walked down the aisle by her mother and father. The couple lit a unity candle, which was wrapped in lace. After the ceremony, Young Country played live country music for the guests throughout the reception. The bride and groom danced to Cross My Heart by George Strait for their first dance, followed by the father & daughter dance. Pink up-lighting brought character to the room as Stephanie and Jay sipped champagne out of engraved champagne flutes.

The wedding cake consisted of three tiers. The bottom tier was decorated with rose-like ruffled frosting, while miniature pearl fondant beads detailed the top two tiers. Fresh roses sat atop the cake.

Guests received key shaped bottle openers as favors. A coffee station was the perfect way to end the night.

Congratulations Stephanie and Jay. May you continue to grow closer and closer together with each passing day. We wish you the best.
