Valentina and David first met over an internet dating website and continued to date for eight years. On September 1, 2011 Valentina and David made it official. They had an elegant indoor ceremony in the La Stanza Chianciano at Villa Siena. David also is a member of the Special Forces and he and his team mates were striking in their dress uniforms. Valentina and David planned the wedding from afar with Valentina living in England and David in California. Right before the wedding, Valentina and David were reunited when she moved to California so that they could be together. Once they were pronounced husband and wife, David and Valentina walked through an arch of swords created by David’s groomsmen. Very cool! The Couple was also the first to use Villa Siena’s new online gift registry and David and Valentina were excited to receive a large check to put toward the items they plan to purchase for their new life together. As guests entered Villa Siena the guest book awaited their signatures. A real calligraphy pen accompanied the book to keep things classic and traditional. After the ceremony, while guest were dinning in the grand ballroom, there was a small live band in the middle of the dance floor playing romantic music. Valentina and David had a wonderful treat for guest during the reception, like nothing we had seen before. It was a waffle cone ice cream bar but, this wasn’t just any ice cream. The ice cream was provided by Sub Zero, it was liquid nitrogen ice cream that went from being a liquid flavor to ice cream right before your eyes in 30 seconds. The grand exit was incredible, all there guest lined up on each side of the walk way and created a tunnel of sparklers that lighted up the sky as Valentina and David walked out.
