Pinks, Florals, and Classic Romance for Raquel and Ryan’s Big Day
True love tells a story — and, just as we learned from Raquel and Ryan’s beautiful ceremony, communication can come in so many different ways. This couple brought so much love and joy with them to the Villa, surrounded by family and friends who were bursting with happiness for this special pair. Raquel was a vision in her off-the-shoulder gown with floral detailing (and an amazing veil), and Ryan’s black suit with a contrasting tie was such a slick choice. The bridesmaids all wore floor-length gowns, with light pinks and roses, which gave the entire ceremony a modern romantic feel.
Both the ceremony and the reception were brimming with support for Raquel and Ryan (and, of course, that dancing entrance from the bridal party!). There were lots of moving toasts, from father of the bride to the best man and maid of honor, all talking about the twinkle in the eye from the early days of their relationship — and how Raquel knew Ryan was a keeper!
The first dance to “I Can’t Help Falling in Love with You” was such a special moment, and the couple made sure everyone was catered for with an anniversary dance and plenty of chances to get out on the floor. While all of the food looked incredible, the cake was definitely a show-stopper. Three tiers with floral accents and some amazing icing work — plus they cut it with their own engraved cake knife, which was a great touch!
It was amazing having Raquel and Ryan join us at the villa. And, just as their guestbook table promised, we’re sure they’re going to live happily ever after.
