A Sweet Celebration for the Connallys
One of the great things about Arizona is our beautiful weather that stretches well into the fall. You can enjoy the sunshine and clear skies even in late October — and these conditions made for a gorgeous wedding day for Olivia and Alex.
The couple kept it soft and romantic with a dusty lavender color scheme. The bridesmaids each wore long gowns in the elegant hue, while Alex and his groomsmen dressed up their blue suits with lavender bow ties and pocket squares. As for the bride, Olivia was stunning in her open-backed ball gown, complete with a stunning cathedral length veil. But of course, as she walked down the aisle, the smiles she and Alex wore were the most beautiful accessories anyone could wear!
The ceremony took place in front of a roaring fire in our Plaza Toscana. The couple received communion and exchanged a thousand rings before sealing their union with a sweet kiss. Then, friends and loved ones gathered for a fun (and safe) reception.
The bride’s mother danced with Alex during the mother-son dance, friends shared touching speeches and stories, and everyone mingled and laughed as they enjoyed their dinner of bruschetta, scallops with cilantro hummus, raspberry brie puff pastry, roasted vegetables, risotto, and salmon. The evening ended with a lovely sparkler exit, as everyone came together to give Mr. and Mrs. Connally a truly magical day.
