Maddison & Jeremy ~ December 28, 2012

This all-American couple married at Villa Siena December 28, 2012. Maddison and Jeremy met at a racetrack where the bride’s sister introduced them. The groom races cars and the bride used to be in pageants. She was nicknamed Barbie for her stunning looks and white blonde hair.

For her wedding dress, Maddison wore a strapless fitted gown with a mermaid flair that laced up the back. The gown entwined lace and beaded accents that continued through the skirt of the gown. She chose diamond drop earrings and a diamond necklace with a beautiful diamond hairclip. Her bouquet twinkled in the light as flowers alternated with crystal and amethyst floral brooches. Pearls punctuated the bouquet. Maddison’s shoes had crystals on them in a polk-a-dot pattern. The bridesmaids wore silver strapless above-the-knee dresses with chunky necklaces. Their bouquets brought together lavender and cream roses with violet buds. Jeremy looked sporting in a black tuxedo with white paisley vest and white striped tie. The groomsmen wore purple ties and vests with lavender roses in their lapels.

The altar was decorated with crimson flower balls that sat directly on the altar and in vases alternating with candles. The processional began with a string quartet. Maddison and Jeremy shared a sand ceremony and the bride’s aunt delivered a reading. The ceremony took place in the evening with much of the couple’s family involved. The ring bearer carried the couple’s wedding rings on the groom’s bible that he received when he was thirteen.

After the ceremony, a quick picture was captured of the bride and groom kissing while the flower girl covered her eyes and the ring bearer looked slightly mischievous.

Purple up-lighting at the reception personalized the room for the grand entrance of the bride and groom, which they made with the groom in a crown and driving goggles and the bride in black-rimmed glasses and a moustache. The couple’s first dance was to Michael Buble followed by speeches where the father of the bride told the groom “no exchanges, no returns, no refunds…you got her forever.”

In place of favors, donations were given to the Alzheimer’s Association. What a wonderful day with an amazing couple. Congratulations Maddison & Jeremy. May you smile a thousand smiles during your lifetime together.
