Jessica & Darren’s Springtime Fairytale
A full-circle wedding? That’s exactly what Villa Siena found when Jessica and Daren came to say “I do”. This special couple actually got engaged at the wedding of bridesmaid Amanda — during the bouquet toss! Then they joined us for their own beautiful day. With white, baby pinks, and light greens, it was a springtime fairytale. We loved Jessica’s dress, complete with a nude underlay and sparkle detailing for such a unique look while still being classically romantic. The soft and sophisticated feel continued with the bridesmaids’ dresses, each in their own version of a floor-length baby pink look.
The ceremony itself was breathtaking, with a reading of Corinthians 1:13 and the couple taking the time to complete the unity sand ceremony, which we always think is an incredibly moving moment. And that same moving feeling continued through to the toasts at the reception. Jessica’s brother spoke with so much love about Jessica having taken Darren’s son as her own, and her maid of honor, Crystal, shared how much of Jessica’s heart she gives to others — and made the point that Darren fills her heart right back up! What an amazing pair, who already have developed a beautiful life together.
The rest of the reception was a blur of amazing memories — from the first dance to the girls’ dance (they were definitely “Levitating”) there was so much to take in. As we waved goodbye to them at the sparkler send-off, we were so glad they chose this Arizona wedding venue to celebrate a truly amazing relationship and start their married life.
