September 14, 2013, Jennifer and Michael were married at Villa Siena. The bride and groom went with light, bright colors for their wedding. Jennifer wore a strapless wedding gown with fitted bodice and full skirt. Her hair was worn in a half up-do with a veil. She carried a bouquet of succulents, calla lilies, hydrangeas and roses. Michael wore a tan tuxedo with black tie and white shirt. The bridesmaids wore violet dresses that finished at the knee. Each dress offered a different neckline to suit the personality of the wearer.
The feel of the wedding was of clean, simplicity. At the reception tables were done up with cream tablecloths, table numbers and votive candles. Guests were treated to beef short ribs or grilled chicken for dinner with mashed potatoes and green beans with slivered almonds. The wedding cake was four tiers of different flavored cakes. On the outside, the cake was decorated with succulents, while the top and bottom layers were white cake with raspberry filling. The second layer offered chocolate cake with chocolate ganache. The third layer was filled with red velvet cake and cream cheese filling.
At the guest sign-in table the couple had an electronic frame that rotated images of the couple throughout the night.
During the reception, the bride’s mother and uncle played a song. For the first dance the newlyweds chose God Gave Me You.
