Jennifer & Michael ~ October 13, 2012

October 13, 2012: Jennifer and Michael arrive at Villa Siena for a fabulous wedding ceremony and reception. The groom wore a tuxedo with white shirt, tie and vest. Flanked by his groomsmen in tuxedos with steel-colored ties and white vests, they downed a shot before the ceremony, and then took their places at the end of the aisle.

The bridesmaids helped the bride get ready and looked great in eggplant purple dresses that reached the floor. Their bouquets were purple and pink and each wore their hair up with a diamond pendant necklace. The flower girl looked cute as a button in an embroidered white dress. Together, the flower girl and ring bearer walked down the aisle, hand in hand.

Then the big moment arrived. A harpist played during the ceremony. Jennifer looked picture-perfect in a fitted gown that showed off her petite figure. Her shoes were open-toed with some beading on the side. She wore a cathedral-length veil and carried a large bouquet of white lilies, roses and hydrangeas. The bride’s hair was pinned up at the side, leaving loose curls to hang softly.  For jewelry, a simple diamond necklace accompanied the look with diamond earrings.

The welcoming table at the reception was lined with guests’ names and lit with votive candles and single white roses in a variety of vases. The Firenze ballroom was lit with purple up-lighting, creating a romantic, personalized feel for the room. The cake also had simple beauty with four tiers, alternating plain fondant with lace fondant and a small fondant ‘M’ on the third layer. A few fresh flowers adorned the top.

The couple had each guest sign a wine bottle as their guest book. Jennifer and Michael also put out pictures of their parent’s wedding where guests signed wine bottles. Favors were personalized red and white bottles of wine.

The couple stole a moment in each other’s arms as they danced to Jason Mraz’s I Won’t Give Up. Congratulations Jennifer & Michael. May your happiness be great and your days filled with contentment.
