October 20, 2013 brought Jamie and Gabe together for their wedding ceremony. The couple filled the day with joy. Jamie wore a gown with beaded detailing and a single strap. The tulle skirt was embroidered along the bottom with a floral design. Jamie wore a tiara and veil with crystal beaded detailing edging the veil. Her bouquet was filled with fresh roses. The bridesmaids wore black gowns but instead of bouquets, each carried a decorative purple fan.

During the exchanging of the vows, Jamie and Gabe had a wine ceremony with crystal goblets. The wine ceremony originated as an alternative to the unity candle and was originally performed to join a bride and groom from separate vineyards. Today, a white and red wine are combined to show the two individuals becoming one, and a sip of the new wine is taken by the bride and by the groom.

The bride may have walked down the red runner sprinkled in flower petals, to her groom, but together they danced the recessional. Gabe wore a black tuxedo with bowtie. Their pictures were set among the trees and flowers of Villa Siena.

During the reception, each guest was given a belly-dancing scarf to use on the dance floor. The bride and groom led off the dancing with their first dance followed by the father/daughter and the mother/son dances.

Purple spider mums were used as centerpieces and framed pictures of the bride and groom added to the personalized feel of the wedding.

The simple, clean color scheme included a three-tiered cake with a black and white design with orchids coming down the side of the cake. Favors were Jordan Almonds in a purple bag.

Congratulations Jamie and Gabe. May your life together bring new and beautiful experiences each and every day. We wish you the best.
