Hayley & David ~ March 8, 2012

Early March is one of the most popular times for weddings at Villa Siena. While winter still coats much of the northern country, Villa Siena is welcoming spring blooms. Hayley and David’s celebration took place March 8, 2012 and the couple looked as radiant as the first bursts of spring color. Hayley chose an untraditional gown with an open collared beaded top and fitted bodice, flowing into a gentle ruffled design. Instead of a veil, Hayley wore her hair in an up-do with a diamond hair clip. Her bouquet consisted of pale pink roses with crystal sprigs instead of greenery. The bridesmaids wore fitted black and white knee-length dresses. A splash of color accented the look with fuchsia rose bouquets. The groomsmen contrasted white vests and ties with black button-down shirts, while the groom looked handsome with a black vest and tie. The three flower girls were cute as buttons in hot pink dresses and black sweaters, each style unique to the girl, and flowers in their hair while the ring bearers and ushers wore suites with striped ties. Villa Siena’s fountain was overflowing with pink and white petals; the alter was lit with candles.  Guests were welcomed inside to begin the festivities while the bridal party finished photographs. A sign-in table showcased blocks that spelled Mr. & Mrs. with pictures of the happy couple on them. There were also two standing framed pictures of the couple with pens for family and friends to leave a sweet thought or loving sentiment. Pictures of the couple could be found throughout the venue. On one table was a sign about love that summed up what the day was all about: This is your happily ever after. Grow old together. Run away together. Listen to your heart. Be spontaneous and impulsive. Kiss each other goodnight.  There was a photo booth that the couple and guests made good use of and a DVD slideshow of the couple. The cake was a hit and a piece of art in itself with a black decorative design on white fondant and a simple hot pink ribbon embracing the middle layer. Our signature sparkler farewell marked the end of another incredible day. The evening was filled with happiness and blessings and we are so thankful to have shared in this day. Congratulations Hayley and David.
