Claudia & Fernando ~ May 19, 2023

It took a senior trip in California for Claudia and Fernando to meet, and back at home in Arizona, they were married on May 19, 2023.

Claudia looked gorgeous in a sleeveless A-line gown with a plunging illusion neckline and floral embroidery. Her accessories included a drop pendant pearl necklace with matching earrings and a full-length veil. Her bouquet was composed of flowers in shades of white, ivory, and pale mauve, and was tied with a pale mauve ribbon. Her six bridesmaids wore matching full-length pale mauve sleeveless dresses with ruched bodices and V necklines. They carried smaller versions of the bride’s bouquet tied with white ribbons.

Fernando got married in a classic black tuxedo with a black vest, white shirt, mauve bow tie, mauve pocket square, and mini bouquet boutonniere. His six groomsmen wore black suits with white shirts, mauve bow ties, mauve pocket squares, and mini bouquet boutonniere.

After a beautiful outdoor ceremony, guests enjoyed a meal of classic Caesar salad with pear tomatoes and a Parmesan crisp; creamy mashed potatoes; seasonal steamed vegetables; grilled chicken breast marinated in olive oil, garlic, and herbs; and flatiron steak with chimichurri sauce. The signature cocktails were a Rico Suave (whiskey and Coca-Cola) and a Palomita (tequila and Squirt).

The wedding favors were chocolate kisses and coloring books for the kids.

During the speeches, the maid of honor called Claudia her “rock” and wished the newlyweds the best for years to come. The best man expressed his wishes for the couple to have more children and called Fernando an amazing dad and now an amazing husband.

Claudia and Fernando’s first dance was to “Forever My Love” by Ed Sheeran and J. Balvin. The bride and her father danced to “Daddy” by Abby Anderson. She and her mother danced to “Como Te Pago.” Other wedding fun included a money dance, bouquet toss, and garter toss.

The three-tier wedding cake had a bottom layer done in a white marble design and middle and top layers done with a pink gradient. It was decorated with pink and white roses and topped with an ornament bearing the couple’s last name.

Fernando and Claudia left their big day under the signature sparkler send-off.

Congratulations to this wonderful couple!
