Brianna & Greg ~ September 26, 2015

Blush-Wedding-Ceremony-Reception (10)

September 26, 2015 Brianna and Greg joined their lives together in marriage at Villa Siena. Brianna’s mother and grandfather walked her down the aisle to her groom. For her wedding Brianna wore an Ian Stuart bridal gown. The dress had a floral lace pattern on the bodice of the dress with crystals and off the older shoulder straps. A full skirt finished the look with lace details throughout. For the something old, Brianna wore her grandmother’s ring. The bride’s ivory shoes were decorated with crystals in a diamond pattern on the heel and her veil had lace trim. The bridal bouquet was filled with white roses, calla lilies and eucalyptus leaves. By her side were her closest friends in blush pink strapless gowns that were fitted with a mermaid flair and a bow in back. For a little sparkle, crystal strappy heels were worn. The groom, Greg, wore a black tuxedo with a white shirt and silver tie. In his lapel rested a calla lily with ivy. His groomsmen wore black tuxedos with pale pink ties ties.

Guests were invited to sign a leaf on a wedding tree instead of a sign-in book. The outdoor ceremony began after guests were seated. The altar was decorated with three bouquets of white flowers and votive candles. A white runner leading the bride to her groom had scattered white rose petals along the edges.
At the reception, the fun began. When the couple took to the dance floor, Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran played for their first dance as husband and wife. This was followed by the bride dancing with her grandfather to Dance With My Father by Luther Vandross, and a mother & daughter dance to Daughters by John Mayer. Greg brought his mother out to the dance floor for a dance to What a Wonderful World by Louie Armstrong.

Dessert included a three-tiered white fondant cake with white piping details. The cake topper was figurines of the couple, each painted by the other. There was also a candy table filled with sweet treats for all. Toasts were given wishing the newlyweds luck in their marriage.
Congratulations Brianna & Greg. May your smiles and warmth light each other up every day of your lives together. We wish you the best.
