Amber & Stephen ~ October 7, 2017

Stephen and Amber became man and wife on October 7, 2017.

Amber chose a stunning sleeveless lace sheath gown with a deep V neckline. Her accessories included drop earrings and a hip-length veil. Her large bouquet was composed of pale pink roses accented with eucalyptus and other greenery. Her nine bridesmaids wore full-length pale pink dresses in a variety of silhouettes. They carried small bouquets that included pale pink roses, white hydrangeas, thistles, eucalyptus, and other botanical accents.

Stephen wore a classic black tuxedo with a black bow tie and a white pocket square. His 11 groomsmen dressed to match him.

During the ceremony, the officiant told the couple that marriage is saying I love you every day and never going to bed angry, that it is about growing together and bettering each other, and that it will take faith, commitment, and trust.

Inside at the reception, guests signed a special tree keepsake for the newlyweds before sitting down to a meal of classic

Caesar salad, mixed vegetables, twice-baked potatoes, grilled chicken breast with garlic herb glaze, and herb-crusted prime rib. There was also a serve-yourself doughnut wall.

In the speeches, the maid of honor, the bride’s sister, talked about how Amber is always there for her, how she knew Stephen was the one for Amber five years ago, and what a strong couple they are. One of Stephen’s best men spoke about how kind, loyal, and trustworthy the groom is; the other best man said that Stephen loved Amber since the day her met her. Amber’s father told the guests how happy Stephen makes his daughter.

Amber and Stephen danced together for the first time as a married couple to “Die a Happy Man” by Thomas Rhett. Amber and her father danced to “My Little Girl” by Tim McGraw. Stephen and his mother danced to “My Wish” by Rascal Flatts.

The four-tier all-white wedding cake was decorated with the couple’s initial and topped with roses.

We wish Amber and Stephen all the best in their new marriage!
