Amanda & Josh ~ December 7, 2012

On December 7th, 2012, Amanda and Josh exchanged vows at Villa Siena. The sun shone brightly as the couple that met through mutual friends, prepared for their wedding day.

Amanda wore a wedding gown with beaded bust and white bow. The skirt of the gown had rose ruffles throughout with a slight mermaid flair and train. Diamond earrings and bracelet were all that were needed. The bride wore a veil in her dark curls and crystal shoes on her feet. To add an individual touch, Amanda attached diamond pins and brooches from fleur de lis to pearls to flowers and a pin that read ‘Josh,’ to the white roses of her bouquet. Underneath the roses, wide ribbons of silver folded under the roses added a final touch. The bridesmaids were dressed in purple floor-length gowns with a single strap and carried purple floral bouquets.

Her groom, Josh, wore a grey tuxedo with black tie and black sneakers as he waited at the altar for his bride. The groomsmen also wore grey tuxedos with black sneakers but had purple ties. On top of the altar, a purple ‘S’ sat surrounded by candles and a floral bouquet. The couple was all smiles as they released butterflies into the air, a lightness of spirit and soul.

A memorial candle was lit for the bride’s sister who passed. There were new memories made during the night as the couple swayed to Etta James’ At Last.

The room lit up and that soft sweetness was echoed in the bouquets on the table with flowers hung with crystals. Votive candles cast a soft light across the table. Dessert was a four-tiered wedding cake with waves of silver and crystal. An S sat on top.

Congratulations Amanda and Josh. If you continue to share the smiles you shared on your wedding day, that happiness will carry you through life.
