Zara & Nick ~ April 17, 2025

Nick and Zara, who met at Arizona State University, returned to the Valley to be married on April 17, 2025.

Zara looked radiant in a strapless ballgown with a gentle scoop neckline, corset bodice, Basque waistline, and full skirt with a train. Her accessories included drop earrings, a white parasol, and a full-length veil with pearl details. Her bouquet was composed of a variety of flowers in shades of blue, orange, yellow, and white. Her bridesmaids wore individual full-length sage green dresses. Her bridesman wore a light-colored suit with a white shirt, sage green bow tie, and multicolored boutonniere. The bridesmaids carried smaller versions of the bride’s bouquet, and all three attendants carried white parasols.

Nick got married in a white tuxedo jacket with black trousers, white shirt, black bow tie, multicolored boutonniere, and a black cowboy hat. His three groomsmen wore black suits with white shirts, black bow ties, multicolored boutonnieres, and white cowboy hats.

The traditional unplugged ceremony took place outdoors.

After the nuptials, attendees sat down to a meal of focaccia, rainbow salad with lemon vinaigrette dressings, grilled chicken, four-cheese pasta, braised beef, garlic mascarpone mashed potatoes, and infused balsamic vegetables. The signature cocktail was an espresso martini.

The best man and the maid of honor gave toasts.

Nick and Zara’s first dance as newlyweds was to “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran.

Special touches for the guests included a photobooth and an old-fashioned telephone where attendees could record a special message for the bride and groom.

The heart-shaped white wedding cake was done in a vintage frosting design and read “Just Married.”

We wish the happy couple all the best!
