Alyssa and Jon first met through mutual friends. The couple married November 2nd<\/sup>, 2014. For their wedding day, Villa Siena was bedecked with a garland filled with red and white roses while a white runner was lined with red rose petals. As night descended, red up-lighting enhanced the entrance to the Villa while at the reception the couple\u2019s name shone on the wall with the date of their wedding.<\/p>\n\"RazWed-1165\"<\/a>\n

For the celebration, Alyssa wore a gown from the Vera Wang Collection from David\u2019s Bridal. The gown was strapless with a fitted bodice, full skirt and satin belt with beaded embellishment in the front. Alyssa painted her nails white for the occasion with her ring fingernail glittering silver. A tiara and veil finished the look. Alyssa\u2019s bouquet was filled with red roses and was wrapped with a crystal band. The bridesmaids contrasted with Alyssa\u2019s gown in black ankle length dresses with lace tops, satin belts and full-length silk skirts. The bridesmaids carried smaller red rose bouquets.\u00a0 For the couple\u2019s big day, Jon wore a black tuxedo with black shirt, white vest and white tie while his groomsmen wore black tuxedos with black shirts red vests and red ties.<\/p>\n\"RazWed-1212\"<\/a>\n

During the ceremony the couple presented their families with a rose. They also lit a unity candle with And they lived happily ever after<\/em> inscribed on it.<\/p>\n

During the speeches the maid of honor joked that Jon was now stuck with her as a sister forever. The best man said that Alyssa and Jon\u2019s wedding marked the first time he had cried since watching The Notebook. <\/em>For the newlyweds, toasts were made from silver engraved champagne flutes.<\/p>\n\"RazWed-1359\"<\/a>\n

The couple\u2019s first dance was to I Won\u2019t Give Up<\/em> by Jason Mraz followed by the father & daughter dance to Daddy\u2019s Little Angel<\/em> by T. Carter and then the mother & son dance to Lady Antebellum\u2019s Never Alone.<\/em><\/p>\n

Dancing was followed by dessert with a four-tiered chocolate and vanilla white quilted wedding cake with diamond embellished fondant on alternating tiers and a sparkling \u2018R\u2019 on top. Each tier was wrapped with black ribbon. Hot pink roses adorned the cake. Favors were mini picture frames that the reception name cards came in.<\/p>\n\"RazWed-1360\"<\/a>\n
