Angela and Michael met at the hospital where the couple worked, Michael as a radiographer and Angela as an RN. Michael knew this woman was special, so he agreed to help her move in exchange for a date. The couple wed November 21, 2013.<\/p>\n

Michael was all confidence and smiles as he waited for his bride at the altar in a black tuxedo with white shirt and tie. Earlier in the day the groom sported a button down with his wedding date and \u2018I Do\u2019 embroidered on his cuffs. Angela wore a stunning lace gown with a satin sash around the waist and a pearl necklace. Her hair was worn up with a veil. Her bridesmaids wore plum dresses and carried white bouquets. The bride\u2019s bouquet mixed plum and white flowers.<\/p>\n

The ceremony was given in both English and American Sign Language for the groom, who is deaf. During the ceremony, the bride and groom\u2019s mothers were presented with roses to remind them they will always be in their children\u2019s hearts. Angela and Michael also signed their vows to one another and had a sand ceremony.<\/p>\n

Then the fun began as the bridal party wore flashing glow glasses during their grand entrance. Dancing lasted throughout the night as the couple danced to A Thousand Years Part II <\/i>by Christina Perri, followed by the father\/daughter dance to Daddy Dance With Me <\/i>by Krystal Keith. The mother\/son dance to James Taylor\u2019s How Sweet It Is <\/i>was chosen because it was the song the groom sang to as a little boy before he lost his hearing.<\/p>\n

Everyone was invited to indulge in the three tiered cake covered in white chocolate dipped strawberries and favors of sweet potato pies.<\/p>\n
