February 21, 2015 guests were welcomed to Villa Siena with a sign with a \u2018N\u2019 and \u2018R\u2019 in white roses with an\u00a0abstract “Ganesh” who\u00a0is the God of New Beginnings and is a part of every Indian\u00a0wedding. Neesha and Robert married in 2 ceremonies, both an Indian and American ceremony which included readings by three different guests.<\/p>\n\"D0639\"<\/a>\n

Neesha looked like royalty for the traditional Indian Ceremony with henna on her hands along with diamond rings and bracelets, a ruby, diamond and pearl necklace with ruby and diamond earrings and headpiece. Her white sari with red and gold accents was majestic. The groom wore a white Sherwani with gold embroidery. On his hand he had the St. Louis Cardinals team logo in henna. The ceremony took place under a mundap that was wrapped with flowers.<\/p>\n\"D1257\"<\/a>\n

For the American ceremony, the groom wore a light grey tuxedo with pink tie and handkerchief in his pocket. The bride wore a fitted wedding gown with delicate beaded detailing with red accent crystals, lace straps and a ruffled finish to the skirt. A diamond necklace and earrings sparkled. Neesha carried a bouquet of soft pink roses and orchids with succulents. The fountain was overflowing with red rose petals as were the edge of the fountain and the edging of the red runner. The ceremony took place under an archway of ivy and flowers. The bridesmaids wore pale pink floor length gowns while the groomsmen wore grey tuxedos with pale pink ties. Their dog Louie was dressed in a black tuxedo with bowtie.<\/p>\n\"D1590\"<\/a>\n

For dinner a buffet of Indian Cuisine was served. During speeches the bride\u2019s parents spoke of how proud they are of their daughter and thanked guests for traveling so far to celebrate their daughter\u2019s wedding. The groom\u2019s parents congratulated their son and new daughter. Other speeches included jokes and college memories. The bride and groom also thanked everyone for coming to their wedding.<\/p>\n\"D1602\"<\/a>\n

For dessert, a four-tiered wedding cake sparkled with gold-brushed fondant details and pink flowers. On the couple\u2019s table sat a sculpture of two elephants whose trunks rose to meet one another with a pink rose held between the two trunks. Purple up-lighting customized the room along with the couple\u2019s name and entwined snakes in white lights on the wall.<\/p>\n

Neverstop<\/em> by Safetysuit marked the couple\u2019s first dance followed by the mother & son dance to My Wish<\/em> by Rascal Flatts and the father & daughter dance to Speak Softly, Love<\/em> by David Davidson.<\/p>\n\"D1617\"<\/a>\n

Favors were wooden decorative boxes with Hershey Kisses and traditional Indian palate cleansers inside. Congratulations Neesha and Robert. May you always bring out the best in one another and may your love for one another brighten each and every day.<\/p>\n
