Audrey and James first met at Notre Dame and were married December 27, 2014. The ceremony took place off-site with a reception following at Villa Siena. When guests arrived they were invited to sample the couple\u2019s specialty drink: strawberry margaritas.<\/p>\n\"DSC_8593\"<\/a>\n

For her special day Audrey chose a J. Crew silk wedding gown. With a high neckline and classic silhouette, the bride looked timeless.<\/strong> A diamond tiara gave sparkle to the ensemble. James wore a grey tuxedo with a white shirt and tie. His groomsmen also wore grey tuxedos but wore red ties in keeping with the bride\u2019s bouquet, which was filled with bright red roses, berries, gerbera daisies and succulents. The bouquets matched the bridesmaid\u2019s red knee-length chiffon dresses, each with a different top. Instead of red, the bridesmaids carried bouquets of baby\u2019s breath and white starflowers.<\/p>\n\"DSC_8114\"<\/a>\n

Accents for the day included orchids, roses and baby\u2019s breath. The tables at the reception were done with black tablecloths and white napkins for contrast. Vases alternated between tall-standing and tabletop vases. The tall standing vases burst with black branches flowering with white buds, while the tabletop vases were filled with shades of red roses.<\/p>\n

During speeches the best man and friend of the groom talked not only about his memories with the groom, but also the beautiful bride and her bridesmaids. The bride\u2019s youngest sister and maid of honor talked about her first time meeting the groom when she visited her sister at college.<\/p>\n\"DSC_8564\"<\/a>\n

The couple\u2019s first dance was to God Only Knows<\/em> by the Beach Boys. Afterwards Audrey and her father danced to Butterfly Kisses <\/em>before James and his mother danced to Everything Grows <\/em>by Raffi.<\/p>\n

Instead of a wedding cake, a dessert table overflowed with sweetness including cupcakes, cakes and pastries. In lieu of favors the couple made a donation to the Notre Dame scholarship fund. The couple created a hashtag for their wedding in order for friends and family to share memories.<\/p>\n\"DSC_8458\"<\/a>\n

Congratulations Audrey and James. May you be each other\u2019s champions throughout the years to come. We wish you the best.<\/p>\n
