Cristal and Affindi met in high school eight years ago and have been together ever since. These high school sweethearts married July 5, 2014.<\/p>\n

As guests entered the Villa they were welcomed by a guest book and a sign saying The Day We Became &.<\/em><\/p>\n\"Szyndlar_Lewis_Monique_Hessler_Photography_DSC4188_low\"<\/a>\n

For her wedding day, Cristal wore a Vera Wang wedding gown with slender straps and a fitted layered silk bodice with a silver brooch at the empire waist. The skirt flowed from the hips in smooth silk. The bride wore purple shoes with diamond bows underneath. Her accessories included diamond earrings, fascinator and bracelet. Cristal\u2019s hair was worn up. Around her neck was a simple diamond pendant on a silver chain. Her bridesmaids wore grey chiffon dresses with empire waists and matching necklaces. While Cristal carried a bouquet of blush roses, white hydrangeas and baby\u2019s breath, her bridesmaids carried bouquets of pink roses and hydrangeas.<\/p>\n\"Szyndlar_Lewis_Monique_Hessler_Photography_DSC4565editbw_low\"<\/a>\n

Affindi wore a black tuxedo with white shirt, vest and tie for the ceremony. The groomsmen also wore black tuxedos but with grey ties.<\/p>\n

Before the ceremony, Cristal shared a warm kiss\u2026with her dog Cooper who was part of the wedding day celebration. The ceremony was held indoors and the officiant infused the occasion with humor, such as when he asked the bride if she would put the groom before American Idol and if the groom would put the bride before football.<\/p>\n\"Szyndlar_Lewis_Monique_Hessler_Photography_DSC0186edit_low\"<\/a>\n

At the reception tables were marked with the names of places the couple had traveled to. When the couple danced their first dance to Elvis Presley\u2019s I Can\u2019t Help Falling In Love With You<\/em>, the bridal party was invited to join them. The father daughter song was A Song For My Daughter<\/em> by Ray Allaire.<\/p>\n

Favors were stemless wine glasses with \u2018Cheers\u2019 etched into them along with the couple\u2019s name and date of their wedding. There were many speeches given wishing the couple the best. The father of the groom made a montage of songs that described the couple\u2019s relationship.<\/p>\n\"Szyndlar_Lewis_Monique_Hessler_Photography_DSC4126_low\"<\/a>\n

The wedding cake was a three-tiered cake with ruffled layers of frosting on the top and bottom and diamond brooches across the middle of the cake surrounded by pearls.<\/p>\n

Congratulations Cristal and Affindi. May you life together be filled with laughter and more love than you know what to do with. We wish you the best.<\/p>\n
