December 15 brought Kristy and Landon to Villa Siena for their wedding ceremony and reception. Kristy was a vibrant bride with her hair in a half up-do with dangling diamond earrings and a diamond necklace. Her wedding gown had a beaded top and rouching across the bodice of the dress. The bride carried a bouquet of red and white roses, with small red flowers and crystal pins to sprinkle a sparkle throughout. The bridesmaids wore red floor-length gowns. For the wedding pictures, each one held a chalk sign saying how they knew the bride.<\/p>\n

As guests arrived at the villa, they were encouraged to sign a note to the couple on letters that spelled out the newlywed\u2019s last name.<\/p>\n

The groom wore a black tuxedo with satin piping and white tie and shirt and vest with a white handkerchief. The groomsmen wore black tuxedos with red vests and ties.<\/p>\n

Guests were welcomed to sit on either side of the aisle, with the message that they were all one family. To start the wedding, the ring bearer walked down the aisle with the flower girl carrying a sign saying \u2018Here Comes the Bride.\u2019 When Kristy made her big entrance, she walked down the aisle with both her mother and father. A sand ceremony was performed as part of the traditional wedding ceremony.<\/p>\n

At the reception, the groom\u2019s brother sang a song by Johnny Cash and the maid of honor gave a toast.<\/p>\n

Their first dance was Heaven<\/i> by Bryan Adams, followed by My Wish<\/i> by Rascal Flatts as the mother\/son dance then You\u2019ve Got a Friend<\/i> by James Taylor for the father\/daughter.<\/p>\n

The couple shared a lot of sweetness and a lot of love. Guests shared in the sweetness with the three-tiered wedding cake with a layer of curlicues in black and white, a layer of black and white vertical stripes and a top layer of black Polk-a-dots. The topper was a fireman and firewoman.<\/p>\n
