When the sun rose March 24, 2012 Amanda and Eric began preparing for their nuptials at Villa Siena. The grounds were vibrant as guests began to fill their seats for the big moment. The entrance of the bride was accompanied by the instrumental version of Turning Page<\/em> by Sleeping at Last. The words that usually accompany the song were felt throughout the ceremony and throughout the day Nothing prepared me for the privilege of being yours\u2026your love is my turning page\u2026only the sweetest words remain. <\/em>The first kiss, marking the end of the ceremony, was one of pure joy, with Eric\u2019s smile lighting up the day. Villa Siena\u2019s Piazza Toscana was done up in a navy and white color scheme. A navy runner was accented at the edges with white rose petals. Our fountain was adorned with rose petals delicately flowing across the top of the water. The free-standing fireplace was personalized with standing and sitting bouquets interspersed with candles. However, the fireplace quickly blended into the background when Amanda met her father at the fountain for her walk down the aisle. Choosing a timeless veil edged in lace added the perfect compliment to her lace gown. Diamond studded flowers finished the belt adding a unique touch. Her bouquet of white roses boasted a diamond butterfly wrapped around the handle. As Native Americans say, butterflies are messengers of the soul. The couple\u2019s souls were certainly bonded this day. The bridesmaids wore strapless navy floor-length gowns while the groomsmen and the groom wore black tuxedos with black ties and white calla lilies as boutonni\u00e8res. Music played an important part in this ceremony and added humor throughout the day. After the exchange of the vows, Love Shack <\/em>\u00a0by the B-52s brought a laugh to start the reception. A photo booth was set up to capture candid moments throughout the night. After the couple was introduced they danced to Elvis Presley\u2019s I Can\u2019t Help Falling In Love With You<\/em>. The groom took his moment in the spotlight to dip his bride and share a few stolen kisses. Afterwards, Amanda and her father cemented the father daughter bond with their dance to \u2018N Sync\u2019s This I Promise You<\/em> speaking to the strength, faith and hope that fathers give to their daughters. To lighten up the mood, the couple snuck outside for an evening photo shoot where the bride held an I<\/em> and the groom held the Do <\/em>behind their backs. The marble fireplace wasn\u2019t the only thing glowing that evening. Amanda and Eric added their own heat to the warm evening. A sparkler exit sent the couple off on their new life, while Eric Clapton\u2019s Wonderful Tonight<\/em> was the perfect summary of what was indeed a wonderful night. Congratulations Amanda and Eric. We wish you happiness, laughter and love for the years to come.<\/p>\n
