David and MaryAnn tied the knot on May 5, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MaryAnn looked radiant in a sophisticated sleeveless fit-and-flare\ngown with a V neckline, open back and button-down back detail. Her accessories\nincluded a jeweled hair ornament. Her bouquet was composed of assorted white\nflowers accented with greenery. Her two bridesmaids wore individual full-length\nblack dresses and carried smaller versions of the bride\u2019s bouquet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

David wore a black suit with a white shirt, black-and-white striped\ntie, and black-and-white striped pocket square. His two groomsmen dressed to\nmatch him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the outdoor ceremony, the officiant spoke about the couple\u2019s\nrelationship journey \u2014 how they dated a while ago, but it wasn\u2019t the right time\nfor them until years later when they reconnected. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Later, guests dined on a caprese salad with mixed greens, red and\nyellow pear tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and balsamic basil vinaigrette; penne\npasta with roasted red pepper and vodka sauce; assorted grilled vegetables;\nflatiron steak with chimichurri sauce; and grilled Tuscan chicken with shiitake\nand portobello mushroom sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The signature cocktails were a \u201cMint to Be Mojito\u201d with rum, club\nsoda, mint, and lime for the bride, and a \u201cCinco de Salvador Margarita\u201d with\ntequila, Cointreau, prickly pear syrup, and lime for the groom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The wedding favors were bottles of hot sauce and black and white\nsandals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the toasts, the best man spoke about how he got to know\nDavid through work and how kind MaryAnn is to everyone. The maid of honor\nrecounted meeting David and hearing MaryAnn tell her that she loved him. The\nbride\u2019s sister extended her best wishes to the newlyweds and spoke about how\nthey knew they were meant for each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

David and MaryAnn\u2019s first dance as man and wife was to \u201cIn Case You\nDidn\u2019t Know\u201d by Brett Young. MaryAnn and her son danced to \u201cMy Wish\u201d by Rascal\nFlatts. David and his sister danced to \u201cMama\u201d by Il Divo. The anniversary dance\nwas to \u201cAmazed\u201d by Lonestar. The guests were invited to make toasts as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The wedding cake was a three-tier square white cake with black\nstripes on the bottom and a brushed silver on the top of each tier. It was\ntopped with a silhouette bride-and-groom ornament with the couple\u2019s last name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We wish David and MaryAnn all the best in their new marriage!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
