Carey and Guillermo tied the knot on December 30, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carey looked lovely in a dramatic strapless trumpet gown\nwith a train and an oversized bow on the back. She accessorized with\nelbow-length white gloves and a hip-length veil. Her bouquet was composed of\nwhite and pink roses. Her eight bridesmaids wore full-length, light pink,\nhalter-neck satin dresses. They  carried\nsmaller versions of the bride\u2019s bouquet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guillermo got married in a black tuxedo with a white vest,\nwhite shirt, black bow tie, white pocket square, and white rose boutonniere.\nHis eight groomsmen wore black tuxedos with black vests, white shirts, black\nbow ties, white pocket squares, and white rose boutonnieres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the outdoor ceremony, there was a reading from Scripture\nand a prayer of blessing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next, attendees sat down to a meal of caprese salad; sliced\nbeef tenderloin; grilled Atlantic salmon; creamy mashed potatoes; and sweet\nginger-glazed carrots. The signature cocktail, the Fizzy Flores, was made with\nvodka, cranberry juice, Sprite, and club soda, with a rosemary sprig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the speeches, the maid of honor, the bride\u2019s cousin,\ntalked about growing up with Carey and how they are practically sisters. The\nbest man spoke about Guillermo\u2019s stages of life and how his life changed when\nhe met Carey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guillermo and Carey\u2019s first dance as man and wife was to\n\u201cPerfect Symphony\u201d by Ed Sheeran and Andrea Bocelli. Carey and her father\ndanced to \u201cBecause You Loved Me\u201d by Celine Dion. Guillermo and his mother\ndanced to \u201cComo Te Pago\u201d by Lenier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each layer of the four-tier white wedding cake was decorated\nwith a lace ribbon and topped with roses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The newlyweds left their wedding under the signature\nsparkler exit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
