John and Alma became man and wife on April 16, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alma dazzled in a sleeveless trumpet gown with a bejeweled\nbodice, deep V neckline, and a train. Her accessories included drop earrings, a\njeweled headband, and a hip-length veil. She changed into an elegant white,\nfull-length, fit-and-flare dress with long sleeves and a scoop neckline for the\nreception. Her large, cascade-style bouquet was composed of white and purple\nflowers. Her nine bridesmaids wore individual dresses in shades of fuchsia and\nmagenta. They carried mixed bouquets of pink, white, red, and blue flowers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

John wore a black suit with a white shirt, lavender vest,\nlavender tie, white pocket square, and magenta flower boutonniere. His nine\ngroomsmen wore gray suits with gray vests, white shirts, silver ties, and white\npocket squares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two officiants presided over the bilingual ceremony; they\ntold the couple the importance of being united and seeing things from their\nspouse\u2019s point of view. Alma and John performed a lasso ceremony and a candle\nceremony to signify the joining of their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendees signed little hearts to put in a picture frame in\nlieu of a guestbook, then sat down to a meal of chicken with mushroom sauce,\nsteak with creamy horseradish, mashed potatoes, green beans wrapped with\nzucchini, and a salad with raspberry dressing. The signature spirit was\ntequila, and the favors were  little\nboxes of mints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the speeches, John\u2019s sister said how proud she is of her\nbrother and how glad she is that Alma is family now. Alma\u2019s brother spoke about\nhow the bride and groom truly deserve each other, and how John is officially\npart of the family now. Alma\u2019s daughter talked about how special her mother is\nand how the couple complement each other. The newlyweds thanked everyone for\ncoming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alma and John had special dances to \u201cStayin\u2019 Alive\u201d by The\nBee Gees and \u201cVida\u201d by Marc Anthony. Other wedding fun included an anniversary\ndance, a mariachi band, the shoe game, and the pin game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The three-tier white wedding cake had a dot pattern on the\ntop and bottom and a geometric pattern on the middle tier. It was decorated\nwith red and pink flowers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

John and Alma left their special day under the signature\nsparkler exit. We wish them a long and happy life together!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
