Emily\nand Alex\u2019s Pretty Purple Wedding<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They say that purple is the color of devotion\nand passion, As a color associated with royalty, it also represents elegance\nand refinement. So when Emily and Alex \u2014 a couple who are passionately devoted\nto each other \u2014 were putting together their elegant, gorgeous wedding here at\nthe Villa, it was clear that purple was the only choice for their color\npalette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the big day, the bridesmaids dressed in\nshades of purple, while Alex and his groomsmen kept it simple in black suits\nand ties. The Plaza Toscana was decorated with white and purple rose petals.\nTwo plaques, each meant to memorialize the bride and groom\u2019s late fathers, were\nin place in the front rows. And everyone was ready to witness these lovebirds\ntie the knot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emily walked down the aisle to \u201cHere Comes The\nSun,\u201d wearing a beautiful mermaid-style gown with a sweetheart neckline and a\nruched bodice. She looked absolutely lovely, and it was clear that Alex knew he\nwas a lucky man. The ceremony was a sweet, traditional affair, complete with\nvows, rings, and a unity candle ceremony. Finally, the couple was officially\nwed, and it was time to celebrate!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reception started off with Emily and\nAlex\u2019s first dance as a married couple, set to Louis Armstrong\u2019s rendition of\n\u201cLa Vie en Rose.\u201d The bride and groom each danced with their mothers and then\nsettled in for a delicious dinner of mixed green salad, creamy mashed potatoes,\npenne pasta with roasted red pepper and vodka sauce, sauteed chicken breast in\na mushroom and marsala wine reduction, and flat iron steak with green\nchimichurri sauce. Everyone danced, laughed, and celebrated this special moment\nwell into the evening \u2014 but it was Emily and Alex, our passionate, devoted\ncouple, who were the true king and queen of the night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
