An Elegant, Emerald Occasion (that really rocked!)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of our favorite things about hosting weddings here at Villa Siena is seeing how couples combine the elegance of a traditional wedding with their unique personalities. Take Tina and Tony, for example: this fun-loving couple wanted to have a classically beautiful wedding, but they also brought in unique elements to highlight their unique relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the ceremony, the\ncouple stuck to old-school elegance. The Plaza Toscana was decorated with\nhydrangeas, white roses, and loads of greenery. The bridal party was looking\ntheir best: Tony and his groomsmen wore black tuxes with emerald green ties,\nbridesmaids wore long green dresses (with matching face masks), and Tina\ndropped jaws with her off-the-shoulder, curve-hugging gown. As Tina and her\nfather walked down the aisle, there was hardly a dry eye in the Plaza \u2014 and\nrightly so!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The couple exchanged\nvows and rings in a traditional ceremony officiated by Gwen Waring. After the\ncouple were officially husband and wife (hooray!), it was time to move indoors\nfor a fun-filled reception. Inside, the reception hall was decorated with green\nlighting, florals, and bubbles \u2014 a perfect combination of elegance and fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The couple made their\ngrand entrance to \u201cTNT\u201d (a subtle nod to Tony and Tina). Then, it was time for\ndancing to a stellar soundtrack: Tony and Tina\u2019s first dance was to \u201cStand By\nMe,\u201d while Tina and her father danced to \u201cMy Girl.\u201d Guests enjoyed a delicious\nappetizer \u2014 baby greens wrapped in cucumber strips and stuffed with mandarin\noranges, berries, feta, sugared walnuts, and raspberry vinaigrette \u2014 before\ndiving into entrees of grilled tuscan chicken or herb crusted pork loin with\nsides of quinoa and butternut squash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the night,\nthe reception hall was filled with laughter, fun, and great music. Tina\u2019s\nmother told the couple to \u201ckeep loving each other as much as [they] do now,\u201d\nand we believe they will follow that advice for years to come.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
