What began as a swipe right ended in happily ever after for\nRebecca and Tyler, who were married on October 19, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rebecca looked radiant in her wedding gown, a trumpet-style\ndress with a strapless sweetheart neckline, a jeweled belt detail, and a\nlayered, ruffled bottom. She accessorized with drop earrings and a coordinating\ndrop necklace, and a full-length veil trimmed with crystals. Her elegant\nbouquet was composed of a variety of flowers in shades of white, pink, and\nburgundy, all tied with a white ribbon. Her eight bridesmaids dressed in\nfull-lengh, hunter green gowns in individual silhouettes, and carried smaller versions\nof the bride\u2019s bouquet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tyler got married in a dark blue suit with a dark blue vest,\nwhite shirt, pale pink tie, white flower boutonniere, pink pocket square, and\nbrown shoes. His eight groomsmen wore dark blue suits and vests with white\nshirt, hunter green ties, white flower boutonnieres, and brown shoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the lovely outdoor ceremony, the officiant told\nRebecca and Tyler that a wedding is a sacred celebration, and their rings are\nnow symbols of love that signify that whatever happens in life, things will\nalways come back around. In their vows, Tyler promised to support Rebecca and\nmake her laugh. Rebecca spoke about the reasons she loves Tyler. The ceremony\nalso included a moment of silence for those who couldn\u2019t be at the wedding, a\npeanut butter and jelly unity ceremony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inside at the reception, guests checked out photos of the\nnewly married couple at the sign-in table, dropped cards in a geometric gold\ncard box, and signed the guest book. Wedding favors were matchbooks, to\ncelebrate the way the couple met on Tinder (\u201cIt\u2019s a Match!\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests dined on a buffet-style meal that included a classic\nCaesar salad, flatiron steak, caprese chicken, creamy mashed potatoes, and\nmixed vegetables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the speeches, the best man thanked Rebecca and Tyler\u2019s\nparents: \u201cThank you for raising them to be who they are.\u201d He also complimented\nthe newlyweds\u2019 relationship. The maid of honor, who didn\u2019t always agree with\nthe couple\u2019s long-distance relationship, said how glad she was that Rebecca\ndidn\u2019t listen to her advice! Tyler\u2019s father said how thankful he is that his\nson found Rebecca, and Rebecca\u2019s father joked around comparing wedding speeches\nto having children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tyler and Rebecca shared their first dance as man and wife\nto \u201cCall You Home\u201d by Kelvin Jones. Rebecca and her father danced to \u201cButterfly\nKisses\u201d by Bob Carlisle, and Tyler and his mother danced to \u201cWith Arms Wide\nOpen\u201d by Creed. The anniversary dance was set to \u201cUnchained Melody\u201d by the\nRighteous Brothers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The four-layer wedding cake was done in hunter green\nfrosting with a gold rope around the cake to match the gold-and-green color\nscheme of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
