It\u2019s\na love story that began in high school, and on November 24, 2019, longtime\nsweethearts Bethany and Caitlyn finally tied the knot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bethany\nlooked gorgeous in a strapless fit-and-flare gown with a sweetheart neckline,\nlace overlay, and jeweled belt. Her accessories included a pendant necklace, a\njeweled headband, and a fingertip veil. Caitlyn dazzled in a traditional\nballgown with 3\/4-length sleeves, a sweetheart neckline, a jeweled belt, and a\nfull skirt. She accessorized with a gold bracelet, small hoop earrings, and a\nfingertip veil. Both brides carried a bouquets of red, white, and pink flowers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nthree bridesmaids wore full-length maroon dresses in individual silhouettes.\nThey carried smaller versions of the brides\u2019 bouquets. The three \u201cbridesmen\u201d\nlooked sharp in dark blue suits with maroon vests, white shirt, maroon ties,\nwhite flower boutonnieres, maroon pocket squares, and brown shoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disney\nmusic played during the outdoor ceremony, and the officiant told the brides\nthat their marriage was not fate \u2014 they chose to be together. Bethany and\nCaitlyn lit a unity candle to signify the joining of their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next,\nduring the reception, attendees checked in at a table decorated with photos of\na brides, a Polaroid guest book, and a place to contribute the newlyweds\u2019\nhoneymoon fund. Wedding favors included garlic-infused olive oil, fortune\ncookies, and Mickey Mouse bottle openers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nmeal began with a Caesar salad with romaine lettuce, pear tomatoes, Romano\ncheese, house-made Caesar dressing, and a Parmesan cheese crisp. Entrees\nincluded a grilled boneless breast of chicken filled with prosciutto and\nprovolone cheese with lemon beurre blanc sauce, and a flatiron steak with\nchimichurri sauce. Side dishes were penne pasta with roasted red pepper and\nvodka sauce; twice-baked potatoes with cheese, sour cream, bacon, and chives;\nand fresh green beans topped with toasted almond slivers and butter. There was\nalso a dessert table full of Mickey Mouse cookies, Eiffel Tower cookies,\nHershey\u2019s Kisses, mints, cannolis, madeleines, and assorted pastries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In\nthe speeches, Bethany\u2019s sister spoke about the impact the newlyweds have made\non her life, and reminisced about the first time she met Caitlyn. The man of honor,\nthe brides\u2019 best friend, said that he is inspired by their relationship and\nthat he can\u2019t wait to see their future accomplishments. In addition, one person\nfrom each guest table spoke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caitlyn\nand Bethany\u2019s first dance together was to \u201cFrom the Ground Up\u201d by Dan &\nShay. They danced with their fathers to \u201cMy Little Girl\u201d by Tim McGraw. There\nwas also a married couples\u2019 dance to \u201cAt Last\u201d by Etta James.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nthree-tier white wedding cake had a brushed frosting pattern on the top and\nbotton layers and a dotted frosting look on the middle layer. It was decorated\nwith cascading roses and a gold \u201cHappily Ever After\u201d topper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
