Brandon and Taylor, who met during their sophomore year of high school, became man and wife on May 11, 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taylor chose a romantic strapless fit-and-flare trumpet gown\nwith a lace overlay and a train. Her accessories included drop earrings and\ncrystal-studded heels. Her bouquet was a combination of white flowers,\nsucculents, and botanical accents. Her six bridesmaids wore coordinate\npale-blue full-length dresses. They carried modified versions of the bride\u2019s\nbouquet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brandon looked handsome in a dark gray suit with a dark gray\nvest, white shirt, blue tie, blue pocket square, and white flower boutonniere.\nHis six groomsmen wore light gray suits with white shirts, light gray ties,\nblue bow ties, blue pocket squares, and white flower boutonnieres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taylor and Brandon performed a sand ritual during the\nceremony to signify the joining of their lives together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Later, at the reception, guests dined on Caesar salad,\ntwice-baked potatoes, grilled vegetables, chicken in mushroom Marsala sauce,\nand flank steak. The signature cocktail, the Maker Happy, was made of Makers\nMark, lemon juice, simple syrup, and ginger ale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the speeches, the bride\u2019s parents congratulated\nBrandon for joining the family and talked about Taylor\u2019s career as a nurse. The\nmatron of honor, the bride\u2019s sister, told stories about their childhood and\nspoke about how Taylor was always there for her. The best man, the groom\u2019s\ncousin, talked about how close they were and welcomed Taylor to the family. The\ngroom\u2019s brother spoke about how happy he was that Taylor was joining their\nfamily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taylor and Brandon\u2019s first dance was to \u201cBeyond\u201d by Leon\nBridges. Taylor and her father danced to \u201cDaddy\u2019s Angel\u201d by T Carter Music.\nBrandon and his mother danced to \u201cIt\u2019s Your Song\u201d by Garth Brooks. Other\nwedding fun included games of cornhole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The three-tier wedding cake had white top and bottom layers\nand a blue middle layer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
