Alex and Danielle became man and wife on March 14, 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Danielle\nchose a romantic strapless fit-and-flare gown with a sweetheart neckline,\nembellished bodice, back button detail, and tulle skirt. Her accessories\nincluded drop earrings, a pendant necklace, and sparkly ombre heels. Her\ncascade-style bouquet was composed of several types of flowers in white and\ndifferent shades of purple. Her maid of honor wore a full-length sleeveless\nlilac-colored gown with a deep V neckline. Her four other bridesmaids wore the\nsame gown as the maid of honor, but in a deeper shade of purple. They carried\nmodified versions of the bride\u2019s bouquet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alex\nlooked sharp in a three-piece gray suit with a gray vest, white shirt, white\ntie, and white pocket square. His five groomsmen wore three-piece gray suits\nwith gray vests, white shirts, dark purple ties, and dark purple pocket\nsquares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the ceremony, the\nofficiant thanked the guests for attending, and spoke about some of the things\nthe couple likes to do together. He also read from the couple\u2019s ketubah (the\ntraditional Jewish marriage contract), and at the end of the ceremony, Alex\nbroke a glass with his foot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After\ntaking Polaroid photos as their guest book \u201csign-in,\u201d guests enjoyed a meal of\nclassic Caesar salad; grilled boneless breast of chicken filled with prosciutto\nand cheese; braised beef short ribs; mashed potatoes; and mixed steamed\nvegetables. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In\nthe speeches, Danielle\u2019s father told the story of how Alex asked for her hand\nin marriage, and said that he wouldn\u2019t trade his daughter for the world. The\nmaid of honor, Danielle\u2019s sister, talked about when they were children and\nshared inside jokes. The best man, a friend of the groom\u2019s since high school,\nbrought out a special drink for the two of them to share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Danielle\nand Alex\u2019s first dance as a married couple was to \u201cI Can Love You Like That\u201d by\nJohn Michael Montgomery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nthree-tier wedding cake had a top white layer, middle purple layer, and bottom\npurple and white marble layer. The custom topper featured a bride and groom\nalong with the couple\u2019s last name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
