Joe and Jeanette, who met through mutual friends, became man and wife on May 26, 2017.<\/p>\n

Jeanette wore a sophisticated strapless trumpet gown from Stella York with a ruched bodice, corset back, sweetheart neckline, and a beaded crystal belt. She accessorized with a waist-length veil with beaded edging, stud earrings, and a pendant necklace. Her bouquet featured a variety of white flowers tied with a white ribbon, and included photos of departed loved ones. Her four bridesmaids wore slate blue full-length dresses in a variety of silhouettes. They carried small all-white bouquets.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n

Joe chose a black suit with a black vest, black tie, teal pocket square, and white rose boutonniere. His four groomsmen wore black suits with black vests, teal ties, teal pocket squares, and white rose boutonnieres.<\/p>\n

During the indoor ceremony, the officiant encouraged the couple to remember that everything is better when they do it together. Joe and Jeanette lit a unity candle to signify their new marriage.<\/p>\n

At the reception, guests enjoyed a meal of caprese salad with red and yellow pear tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and balsamic basil vinaigrette; penne pasta with red pepper and vodka sauce; grilled chicken breast; and sliced beef tenderloin.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n

During the speeches, the best man thanked Joe and Jeanette for being there for him even though he lives far away, and the maid of honor, Jeanette\u2019s sister, spoke about she looks up to Jeanette and how special it is that Joe has seen his wife grow from a teenager to an adult.<\/p>\n

The newlyweds danced together for the first time as a married couple to \u201cAmazed\u201d by Lonestar. Jeanette and her father danced to \u201cI Loved Her First\u201d by Heartland, and Joe and his mother danced to \u201cA Mother\u2019s Song by T Carter Music.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n

The three-tiered wedding cake was decorated with a quilted pattern, black ribbon, and rhinestones. A custom cake topper bore the couple\u2019s last name. The groom\u2019s cake, which was designed to look like a California license plate, was an homage to \u201cBack to the Future.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jeanette and Joe left their reception under the signature sparkler send-off, and honeymooned in St. Lucia.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n
