Less than two years after a first date that included Italian food, bowling, and a Transformers movie, Tonya and Ron were married on January 8, 2017.<\/p>\n

Tonya wore an elegant lace gown designed by Suzanne\u2019s Bridal with an illusion neckline, beading, and a buttoned-up back. Her bouquet featured roses and peonies in shades of white and blush, along with several varieties of botanical accents. Ron sported a tradition tuxedo with a bow tie and a blush-colored rose boutonniere.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n

During the ceremony, which was decorated with rose petals and pale pink candleholders, the officiant reminded the bride and groom of the importance of caring for each other.<\/p>\n

Inside at the reception, guests enjoyed a meal of salad, chicken, ravioli, and mashed potatoes. The couple also provided a table with several different flavors of doughnuts arranged on tiered stands.<\/p>\n

Tonya\u2019s best friend spoke, although she kept her remarks \u201cshort and sweet, like me,\u201d she joked. Ron\u2019s sister said that she had never seen Ron happier than he is with his new bride.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n

Ron and Tonya sang to each other as they danced their first dance to \u201cWe Danced\u201d by Brad Paisley. Then, Tonya and her father, Jim, danced to \u201cMy Wish\u201d by Rascal Flatts. Ron and his mother, Jean, shared a dance as well, then all the couples danced to \u201cFaithfully\u201d by Journey.<\/p>\n

The wedding cake was a three-tier affair in ivory fondant with white detailing, sugar flowers, champagne-colored ribbon and a traditional bride and groom topper.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n

We wish Tonya and Ron a long and happy life together!<\/p>\n
