Josh and Lauren became man and wife on October 8, 2016.<\/p>\n

Lauren walked down the aisle in a gorgeous ivory gown with a white tulle and lace overlay, sweetheart neckline with beaded accents, and lace straps. She accessorized with a simple solitaire necklace, drop earrings, and a full veil. Her bouquet featured ivory roses, some tinged with pink, and baby\u2019s breath, wrapped with a white ribbon. Her four bridesmaids wore pale pink, one-shoulder, floor-length dresses with lace bodices and satin ribbon waists. They carried smaller versions of Lauren\u2019s bouquet.<\/p>\n

Josh dressed for the wedding in a light gray button-down suit with a white shirt, ivory tie and pocket square, and white flower boutonniere. His four groomsmen wore dark grey suits with white shirts, pale pink ties, ivory pocket squares, and white floral boutonnieres.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n

Lauren\u2019s father walked her down the aisle to meet her groom, where the officiant wrapped the couple\u2019s hands three times to signify Josh, Lauren, and the love that they share. The bride and groom each gave a white rose to their mother.<\/p>\n

Inside at the reception, the guests received flip-flops and snacked on Garrett\u2019s Popcorn, a favorite Chicago treat of the couple\u2019s. The meal included a Caesar salad plus braised beef ribs or chicken stuffed with prosciutto and provolone cheese.<\/p>\n

During the speeches, Josh\u2019s best man, his friend since high school, spoke about how good Josh has always been to him and how good he knows Josh will be to Lauren. Lauren\u2019s maid of honor, who she\u2019s known since college, told stories about the bride. Lauren\u2019s father thanked all the guests for coming and gave a blessing over his new son-in-law.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n

Josh and Lauren danced together as a married couple for the first time to \u201cMy Best Friend\u201d by Tim McGraw. Lauren and her father danced to \u201cMy Girl,\u201d and Josh and his mother danced to \u201cMy Wish\u201d by Rascal Flatts.<\/p>\n

The wedding cake was three tiers high with white-on-white decoration and flower embellishments. It was crowned with an \u201cI Love You More\u201d cake topper.<\/p>\n

We wish Josh and Lauren a lifetime of love!<\/p>\n
