\"july-wedding-6\"<\/a>Asal and Nimer were married on Sunday, June 5, 2016.<\/p>\n

Asal first modeled a sleeveless, V-neck, wedding gown with a mermaid hem and lengthy tulle veil. She held a white ribbon-tied bouquet of white hydrangeas. She later donned a sweetheart style gown with a gold encrusted bodice and white tulle ballgown skirt. Her four bridesmaids donned hot pink sheath gowns.<\/p>\n

Nimer sported a two-piece black suit, complete with a white dress shirt and black buttons, a black bow tie, and a white rose pinned on his lapel. His groomsmen also wore two-piece black suits with hot pink neckties and pocket squares \u2013 too complete with white roses ornamenting their lapels.<\/p>\n\"july-wedding-2\"<\/a>\n

Dinner was held once the guests arrived and included salad and hummus, plus chicken, beets, and rice \u2013 all followed by baklava. The three tiered, white fondant wedding cake was adorned with gold beads and white piping details. A large white flower edged in gold topped the dessert.<\/p>\n

Asal and Nimer\u2019s First Dance was to \u201cAll of Me\u201d by John Legend. The new couple also had a gold dance, where the bride and groom received gifts of gold, mostly in the form of jewelry. A quick congratulation toast was also given to Asal and Nimer.<\/p>\n\"july-wedding-4\"<\/a>\n

The reception also included many cultural aspects, including a performance by a family friend who sang for the room while the guests had a traditional dance. The occasion also had its own filter on Snapchat for guests to enjoy during the event.<\/p>\n
