\"Purple-Succulent-Wedding-Villa-Siena<\/a>Katie and Jason were married November 13, 2015 after dating for seven years. Guests were welcomed to Villa Siena with a LOVE sign on the table. The ceremony took place outdoors where the altar was decorated with moss, succulents and white candles in glass candleholders. The wedding was filled with DIY elements including candles going up the aisle, candles and rose petals in the fountain and more.<\/p>\n

For the wedding Katie wore a fitted lace gown with sheer lace long sleeves and a mermaid flair. The dress boasted a plunging neckline that was complimented by the bride\u2019s hair, which was swept to the side. The bride\u2019s veil was attached with a delicate pearl fascinator. Her bouquet incorporated mixed white flowers with succulents. Her bridesmaids carried similar bouquets to the bride and wore purple full-length gowns with wraps. Jason wore a traditional black tuxedo with a white shirt, black vest and a black bowtie as did his groomsmen.<\/p>\n\"Purple-Succulent-Wedding-Villa-Siena<\/a>\n

Defining a successful marriage included \u2018giving your best and putting in the effort.\u2019 Part of the couple\u2019s vows included a wine blending ceremony where the bride and groom poured their two favorite wines into one glass, which the bride and groom both drank from, although the groom did drink the majority of the wine.<\/p>\n

After the ceremony guests found the antique key with their name on it that indicated the table they would be sitting at for the reception. Centerpieces at the tables were glass candleholders finished with succulents at the base of the holder.<\/p>\n\"Purple-Succulent-Wedding-Villa-Siena<\/a>\n

During speeches the best man said he knew Katie and Jason were meant to be together. The couple\u2019s first dance was to Kiss Me<\/em> by Ed Sheeran followed by the father & daughter dance to My Little Girl<\/em> by Tim McGraw and then the mother & son dance to The Man You\u2019ve Become<\/em> by Molly Pasutti.<\/p>\n

Dessert included a wedding cake that was three tiers with the top and bottom tiers round cakes and the middle tier a square cake. Succulents embellished the cake as did smooth white fondant and a white satin ribbon wrapping each layer.<\/p>\n

Congratulations Katie and Jason. May each day of your lives together be as bright as the sun and the stars. We wish you the best.<\/p>\n
