September 4, 2014 welcomed Whitney and Chris to Villa Siena. The couple met when Chris noticed her at Starbucks and asked if he could sit and have coffee with her. They discovered they enjoyed doing together, such as going to the driving range, watching football and the T.V. series 24 . The indoor ceremony was accented with a floral arrangement on the altar with lit candles beside it as a fire burned in the fireplace.

For her wedding day, Whitney wore a gown from David’s Bridal. Sequined detailing embellished the dress, which was fitted to the hips before finishing in a full skirt. Whitney’s hair was worn down with a veil and a pearl necklace. The bridal bouquet combined white orchids and cream and light pink roses. Whitney met her maid of honor in nursing school and her friend stood by her side for one more momentous occasion. For his wedding day, Chris wore a grey tuxedo with a cream colored tie. The groomsmen wore grey tuxedos with taupe colored ties to compliment the bridesmaid’s dresses that showcased a lace floral pattern.

A sign at the entry table read Mr. & Mrs., followed by the dates of When he stole her heart, when he asked, she said “Absolutely!” and finally when She stole his name. They also had a wooden box for guests to put advice or cards in.

For the reception, guests were greeted with a sign reading Every love story is beautiful, but ours is my favorite. Up-lighting showcased the couple’s name and date of marriage above the newlywed’s sweetheart table. On each table a thank you to friends and family was included with the menu.

A candy table held sweet treats that served as favors. The wedding cake was three tiers with a top tier of almond and raspberry, chocolate for the middle tier and almond for the bottom tier. The cake was adorned with a diagonal line of fondant pearls on the bottom layer with fresh roses, a middle layer with intricate floral piping and a top layer draped with fondant pearls. On top was a sign reading Love You More. The couple bade farewell to friends and family and left in a limousine to their new adventures together.

Congratulations Whitney and Chris. May you life together be as radiant and warm as the fire that burns in your hearts for one another. We wish you the best.
