April 4, 2015 saw Nicole and Mike joined together by love. A purple and white color scheme marked the day.
Nicole’s smiles shone throughout the day. For her wedding she wore a David’s Bridal wedding gown embroidered with a floral pattern, sequins and a satin belt with silver beading. The gown finished in a classic A-line skirt. Pearl earrings, a pearl bracelet and a simple pearl pendant were worn, as was a veil with edging. For an additional touch of sparkle, open-toed shoes shone with crystals. Embracing the spring theme, Nicole’s bridesmaids wore purple chiffon gowns, also from David’s Bridal, with rouching across the bust, a single strap and a ruffle down the front. Both the bride’s bouquet and the bridesmaid’s bouquets combined calla lilies, hydrangeas, snapdragons, orchids and freesia.
A white runner led Nicole to her groom, Mike, who wore a grey tuxedo with piping, a white vest, white shirt and lavender tie. A deep purple calla lily adorned his lapel. His groomsmen were also in grey tuxedos but they wore purple vests, instead of white, along with a white shirt and purple tie.
To remember the friends and family that attended their wedding, a signature tree was set on a stand with pens nearby. Signs saying Love you more and you make me happy set the tone of the day.
For the reception, tall standing floral arrangements boasted snapdragons, hydrangeas and roses. Silver glitter numbers guided guests to their assigned tables.
For dessert, a three-tiered square cake was decorated with pearl polk-a-dots and mauve ribbon with fresh flowers and succulents on top. Favors were succulents potted in miniature pots. Congratulations Nicole and Mike. May your love be the basis for all the beautiful things that will come to you during your lives together. We wish you the best.
