Mila & Rod ~ February 5, 2012

Tuesday, February 28th, 2012

On February 5, 2012, Mila and Rod shared a beautiful afternoon wedding and celebration here at Villa Siena. The outdoor ceremony was gorgeous, with accents of coral, white, and light pink.  A harpist provided the perfect romantic musical accompaniment.  Lovely floral arrangements dotted the fireplace mantle as Mila and Rod took their vows.   Mila was positively stunning in a lovely bridal gown with a fitted bodice and full ruffles to the floor!  After the ceremony, guests made their way inside to celebrate. The Chianciano ballroom was spectacular with even more beautiful floral arrangements on each of the banquet tables, as well as adorable candies and coasters as favors for the guests. The fireplace and candlelight added a warm and elegant feel as Mila and Rod shared their first dance as husband and wife to Adele’s “To Make You Feel My Love.” A sparkler exit gave a memorable finish to such a remarkable evening, shared with close friends and loved ones. Congratulations Mila and Rod! We wish you every happiness in your future together!

Whitney & Eric ~ January 22, 2012

Friday, February 24th, 2012

Whitney and Eric were married at Villa Siena on January 22, 2012. Upon arriving, guests signed Whitney and Eric’s beautiful wooden guestbook.  What an original idea! Whitney looked positively gorgeous in her modified mermaid styled gown with beading on the bodice as she walked down an aisle lined with red petals. The fireplace was dotted with candles.   Whitney and Eric had a lovely sand ceremony, using good, old fashioned mason jars. They then took their vows and said “I Do!” Guests made their way to the reception, where elegant floral arrangements in shades of red, purple, and white graced the tables. A candy bar in the ballroom made a sweet addition to the festivities and each guest received a lucky penny upon which they could make a wish, as a favor from Whitney and Eric. The envelopes for the favors read: “W.E. got our wish, now here is yours!” Very clever! Whitney and Eric enchanted guests with a beautifully choreographed first dance.   Later, Whitney and her dad did another choreographed piece, set to “Dancing Cheek to Cheek.”   Very memorable!  Eric and his mother shared a touching dance to “I Hope You Dance,” as well. Needless to say, it was an incredible evening, with a grand sparkler exit at the end of the evening.   Whitney and Eric jetted off the next day for their honeymoon in Bora Bora!  Sounds fun and romantic!  Congratulations Whitney and Eric. J We hope you made lots of happy memories here, and we wish you many more for the future!

Kristina & Sean ~ January 19, 2012

Friday, February 24th, 2012

Kristina and Sean were married at Villa Siena on January 19, 2012.  It was a perfect day for an outdoor ceremony and reception.  Kristina’s children, Ethan and Kylie, did a splendid job as ring bearer and flower girl!  As the brides maids approached the front of the aisle, they each handed Sean a packet of tissues as a joke because he is the ‘’crier” in the family.  It was very funny!    Kristina was stunning as she walked down the aisle with both her mother and father to meet Sean.  During the cocktail hour all the guests were invited to indulge in a candy buffet table and encouraged to take goodie bags home with them.  After the grand introduction as husband and wife, Kristina and Sean had their first dance together to the song “Closer” by Sean McDonald.  It was an eventful night that Kristina, Sean, and their new family unit will never forget.  We wish you all the happiness in the world!

Violet & Jarrod ~ January 29, 2012

Violet Tisai opened one of her favorite books on what would have been a normal day at the bookstore. Surprisingly enough, this was not an ordinary day; inside she found a note saying, “V.T., will you marry me? – J.C.” As she turned around Jarrod stood in front of her with a ring. This amazingly romantic proposal led to their exciting day at Villa Siena. January 29, 2012 was a sunny and warm winter day. The courtyard, filled with stunning violet décor, was ready to welcome Violet, Jarrod and all of their guests! Each chair was filled as Violet walked down the aisle toward the fireplace, where Jarrod awaited his lovely bride. The décor for Violet and Jarrod’s fabulous day was extra special because each centerpiece was designed and made by them. All of the centerpieces contained keys, symbolizing the key to each other’s heart. Jarrod, a giving, passionate military man deserves only the best and Violet was that and more! Their evening kicked off with the first dance to Come Away With Me by Norah Jones. Halfway through, guests were invited to join the couple in their first dance as Husband and Wife. One unique feature that Violet and Jarrod included in their wedding was an “Angel Table,” a memorial for all of their loved ones that could not be there for this fabulous event! Villa Siena is honored to have been part of Violet and Jarrod’s amazing night!
