High School Proms:

Villa Siena is proud to be a favorite party venue for Phoenix area High Schools Proms.

The following outlines the rules governing Proms at Villa Siena. 1) Supervision of the attendees must be at a ratio of at least 40:1. A. Supervisor responsibilities include: i. One person stationed at each of the two entrances to Marketside Market. No prom attendees are allowed to park in the Marketside property. ii. Patrol property to keep all legal aged smokers in designated smoking areas. iii. Monitor behavior of prom attendees so they do not damage property in any way. iv. Manage prom (tickets, coat check, entry exit). 2) Off–duty police officers shall attend the event per school policy. 3) If you are planning to serve any food at our party venue, we require professional catering and clean up. Servers are responsible to continuously remove trash, food or other debris from the property. You do not need to use our caterers for this event, but you must hire a professional with a food service license if you are planning to serve food. If you choose to use an outside caterer, they must provide Villa Siena with an insurance rider listing Villa Siena as an additional insured party. 4) Cater must leave kitchen in same condition as found. Fully cleaned and mopped. 5) All trash and debris must be removed at the end of the evening by volunteers or hired staff. 6) DJ must be able to set up and tear down his equipment within a 1 hour time frame. If DJ is not able to tear his equipment down within the one hour time frame, School shall be charged a per hour fee for overtime. 7) Security Deposit of $1,000 is due at time of booking - Refundable after it has been determined that no damage to the property has occurred. 8) Payment in full must be received 14 days prior to the event. 9) Payment is required in 3 installments spread equally between the time of booking and the time of the prom. No liquor service is available for High School Prom Events. A bar service (bartender) for soft drinks and water is available at an additional charge if school provides drinks, cups and any other supplies needed.

Fundraising Events:

Villa Siena is proud to support many of the Valley's significant Charitable and Non-Profit organizations by offering a party venue. Each year, Villa Siena donates the venue on three separate occasions for a Thursday evening fund raising event. Please contact Sabrina Porter to submit your request. sabrinap@villasiena.cc Villa Siena requires that charitable organization pay facility rental fee, but will then donate an amount equal to that fee to the organization at the event. Fee for linen use and local taxes will also be collected. After 3 events have been donated in a given calendar year, Villa Siena must offer the rental of the facility for retail cost. Compared to other options, Villa Siena's party venue is a very cost effective way to create a magical evening for your guests while raising funds to support your organization and the important work it does in our community.

Holiday Party:

The perfect event location for your next holiday celebration! Villa Siena offers the warmth of an intimate setting with the luxury only a Tuscan Villa can provide. Private events from 20-500 can be accommodated. Three separate and unique party venues allow you the opportunity to host cocktail hour, host an intimate party, stage a beautiful program or simply enjoy an elegant meal. Anniversary Party:

What better way to celebrate a lifetime of love than to host an anniversary party at the most romantic party venue in Phoenix? The ultrasound is in.... IT'S A........BOY! Oh the beauty of modern technology. Now instead of filling our gift bags with yellow and green we can choose Hot Pink or Navy Plaid. The gift of a 9 month pregnancy is that it gives us time to the get used the idea and also time to feather the nest with adorable tights and bows and overalls and booties. Bar/Bat Mitzva:

Historically, the Bar Mitzva or Bat Mitzva has had significance of a ceremonial occasion when a young person is recognized as an adult in the Jewish Community and is prepared, after much study and preparation, to participate in some of its most beautiful and significant rituals.
